Technico has state of art PLC controlled Automatic Electro Zinc plating & is 100% Cv3+ELV (End life of Vehicle) compliaintaint with capacity of 90 million sq inch/ annum.
The stringent process controls ensures consistent plating thickness which trivalent chrome coating ensures adherence to global regulations as per ELV directives in an ECO friendly manner at compatible cost.
Plating plant is equipped with an effluent treatment plant (ETP) for effective treatment of effluents generated during plating process.
